Service Description

Sponsor us in the Spark Free Press and we’ll put your name in front of our readers. Whether you’re a local business, a creator, or just someone who wants to back independent coverage, a sponsorship helps keep the paper free and in print. In return, we’ll mention your company — or you, if you’d rather it be personal — in the issue, so readers know who made that edition possible. If you’re interested, reach out and we’ll find a fit that works for both of us.

Florida Spark Systems LLC is a media company providing media-related products and services. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and other terms may be provided through proposals, invoices, service agreements, order forms, or other communications.

Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase, on the applicable invoice, or within a separate service agreement.

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Florida Spark Systems LLC does not control the policies or practices of third-party payment providers.

Customers represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, images, trademarks, materials, or other intellectual property they provide to Florida Spark Systems LLC.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Florida Spark Systems LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, business methods, templates, processes, designs, and other proprietary materials.

Ownership and permitted use of custom media or other deliverables created for a customer may be addressed in the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.

Prohibited Use

Our website and services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or in any manner that infringes upon the rights of another person or entity.

Disclaimer

Florida Spark Systems LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide professional and accurate services. However, unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, audience, or performance results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Florida Spark Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Florida Spark Systems LLC strives to provide quality media services and a positive customer experience.

Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a service should contact Florida Spark Systems LLC as soon as possible at Lightthefire1@proton.me.

Cancellation requests received before work has begun may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to any applicable service agreement, proposal, or other written terms.

Refunds After Work Has Begun

Because our media services may involve customized work, production time, planning, digital services, creative work, or other resources specifically committed to an individual customer, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the services already performed, expenses incurred, and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Completed or Delivered Services

Services that have been fully performed, completed, delivered, downloaded, or otherwise provided to the customer are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending upon the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a transaction, please contact us directly so we can review the matter.
